the new year.

I do not understand this website and it upsets me. I got an ipod touch for Christmas so I can face time with people, whatever that means. Saw sisters Lauren, Kyra and my dad on New years. Went to Aunt Lynn's for dinner on Christmas day. I havent seen them in so long, I didn't even know Uncle Phil existed. I must go over there more often. I met my cousin Elizabeth. Really, I think she is dad's cousin, but I don't want to have to think about what that means she is to me.
I won't be going to school this semester because of the price of tuition for non-resident students. technically, I am a resident of Utah now, but because I never got a Utah drivers license, they don't consider me one. I need my birth certificate and blah blah so it's an annoying process I haven't gotten around to doing. So I have decided to give my time to volunteer work. There are many opportunities I have found, and I will be going to a volunteering fair with many organizations looking for volunteers, next week at UVU. I'm excited. I'm very busy and tired all of the time. One of the department supervisors at Babies R Us recently transferred to another store, so it is sad for me, him being a friend of mine, but also stressful, since I will most likely be taking on some of his responsibilities until they find a replacement for him.
things are going very well with Calvin, aka CJ, my boy. He gave me a ring for Christmas. I asked for one to ward off other pursuers haha Utah is full of scavengers, everyone is looking for an eternal partner. quite annoying.
being a full time retail employee has turned me into a bitter angry person. I see every annoying little thing people do all of the time. my favorite thing customers do at my work is to bring a small compact car to pick up a crib... you would think that since they are married, they have purchased furniture before. and you would think that they would realize that although it is 2011, we have yet to find a way to pack giant pieces of wood in tiny compact boxes. ITS A CRIB IDIOT ! seriously, the head board is one piece. I can always tell what kind of car they brought when I start wheeling the box from the back of the store to the front. I always wait for them to look back and see me, and if they have a blank stare, they didn't anticipate the size. I also hate when I get to them and they try to grab the box... like theyre trying to get it off the dolley before I unhinge it. I have to restrain myself from reaching up my hand and smacking them straight in the face. I get a little less nice about it every time it happens. the last time, I yelled at the guy, saying "don't touch it" and then I finished with a short laugh to act like I thought it was funny, but really, I hate most of the men that enter the store. They all think they are funny. cracking the same joke I've heard so many times before. the breast pumps are the worst. I taught a breast pump seminar on Tuesday and we show a video that is pretty graphic, and this guy was walking by and making all sorts of comments like that we were watching porn. immature piece of hillbilly crap. idiots, all of them. also, just because you have a short bed truck does not mean you can fit anything in it. I hate my ignorant customers. so much.
this woman walked by while i was talking to a customer about car seats the other day, and she interrupted me talking so i cut her off by raising my voice and repeating what i said. she shut up real fast.
some of the people that come into the store should not be parents. it just blows my mind why people this stupid are allowed to have children. anyway, ami, have a baby.
the end.
